RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY
EXCHANGE:
- ​​We offer 7 days hassle-free exchange from the date of delivery. We also offer reverse pick-up services.
- Pick-up will be attempted twice only. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. Then you will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to the availability of the service in your area pin code.
- Please return your exchange product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped with original tags and packing. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, exchange would not be provided.
- Mandatory Video Requirement: a video must be recorded while unboxing the product for exchange. The video must clearly show that the product is being unboxed and any issues such as defects, damages, or discrepancies with the order.
- In case your pin code is non-serviceable for a reverse pick up, you’ll have courier the product(s) to the following address:

- Each order is eligible for a one-time exchange or return only. Once an exchange has been processed, the item is no longer eligible for further exchanges or returns
RETURN & REFUNDS:-

An upfront reverse shipment fee of ₹200 per order will be applicable at the time of submitting the return request. Please note, if you reject the delivery at the doorstep or if there are 2-3 failed delivery attempts, the reverse shipment fee will still be applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All refunds will be issued as store credit only, after deducting the reverse shipment charge of Rs.200 per order. The store credit will be processed within 2-3 working days after we receive the returned product and it clears the quality check.

Cancellations will only be possible until the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. If you request cancellation or do not accept the product after dispatch and ask for a refund, the reverse shipment charges of Rs.200 per order will be deducted from the order value. The balance amount will be issued as store credit.

Once a refund has been issued in the form of store credit, it cannot be refunded or returned. Please ensure that you place your order carefully.

Refund & Exchange Policy for Promotional Offers and Coupon Usage
Orders placed under promotional offers such as Buy One Get One (BOGO), combo deals (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free), or any other similar promotions involving complimentary products are not eligible for returns. Such orders will only qualify for exchange.
In the event of an exchange, if the complimentary item is unavailable, customers will be required to select an alternative product as advised by the customer support team.
Additionally, purchases made using the following coupon codes — OST, OST2, OST3, and OST5 — are not eligible for return. Only a one-time size exchange for a single t-shirt is permitted for these orders. Multiple t-shirt size exchanges are currently not available.

The customer will be under an obligation to take utmost care of the product(s) whilst the products are in their possession. This includes all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings while returning the product(s) in the same condition as received.

Upon return of the product, we will fully examine it and notify the customer of their right to a refund (if any) via e-mail/WhatsApp/call within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund as soon as possible and also confirm the customer.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Post-dispatch cancellations will incur a ₹200 reverse shipping fee per order.
- All refunds are issued as store credit, ready for your next Fitsouls experience.
- For prepaid orders, cancellations made after 30 minutes will also be refunded as store credit.
Partial Cod

This facility is only available in India. COD facilitation amount of Rs.79 is non-refundable, as it is charged by courier to facilitated the collection.
In case of non delivery due to customer refusal, not accepted, cancellation of order, the partial prepaid amount of Rs.79 charged at time of placing the order is non-refundable in COD orders.
